3D UV Transfers for Textiles
Artwork Requirements
- A minimum of 300 dpi
- Vector Format
- All text must be converted to outlines.
- A PDF or Illustrator file*
- The design must be sized at the required print size.
- Please supply a copy of the sample graphic highlighting the raised areas required.
HOW TO APPLY
- Fully remove the backing sheet.
- Place the transfer on your garment and align it where you’d like to apply it.
- Cover with a non-textured, heatproof sheet first, then place a Teflon sheet on top.
- Press at 125°C for 25 seconds at medium/high pressure.
- The transfer is now applied.
Pricing Guide
There is a £10 one-off design/setup fee to prepare your artwork for 3D production.
Once your design has been created, we’ll keep it on file, so you won’t need to pay the design fee again for future orders using the same design.
Our minimum order is half a metre, priced at £37.50 + VAT per half metre.
Each half metre can include up to 2 different designs and/or sizes, as long as they are produced using the same colour film.
As a guide, you can fit approximately:
- 30 × 30mm – 240 patches
- 50 × 50mm – 95 patches
- 70 × 70mm – 39 patches
- 80 × 80mm – 33 patches
The exact quantity may vary slightly depending on the shape and layout of your design.
Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time for 3D UV DTF is approximately 3–5 working days from artwork approval.
