New UVDTF A3 Transfer

Image Requirments

We require a PNG with a 300+ dpi transparent background.

IMPORTANT: No single line/dot should be less than 0.5mm thick as this is the minimum size to ensure the correct amount of white backing.

Do not mirror any artwork.

We have profiled our setups to achieve vibrant, bright colours; we do not guarantee a perfect colour match.

If a specific colour is needed, we can issue a colour chart and a digital version; this way, you can choose the closest match and amend your artwork.

We print what is sent. If the artwork is wrong, then repurchase will be necessary.

Do not use fades in your artwork, as UVDTF cannot achieve this; the small parts are too small to adhere to the items.

NOTICE: When exporting your design from a vector application (e.g., Adobe Illustrator). Make sure you have turned off anti-aliasing & your background is transparent for PNG export.

UVDTF is a new process that creates long lasting colourful stickers. Our A3 UVDTF Transfer Sheet can be applied on most solid materials such as glass, wood, metal, hard plastic, leather and much more…which are not suitable for DTF stickers for fabrics.

Previously UV printing meant direct to the item which restricted the items possible.

Using UVDTF transfers you can apply to almost any shape and size.
UVDTF transfers come in handy for the 1 off jobs too as the gang sheets can consist of a range of different images not just the same image.

The transfers come ready to use.
• You will simply cut out the individual images.
• Peel back the white A film, leaving the image on the transparent B film.
• Ensure the item you are applying to is room temperature and clean.
• Apply the sticker in the correct place the first time, as there are no second chances once the transfer touches the item.
• You will apply the transfer and then rub to ensure it is fully adhered to the item.
When happy, you will carefully remove the transparent B film, leaving your finished product.

For long-lasting results, hand wash only.
• Do not wash for 24 hours after application
